Our Classes

​Private Instruction-It's all about you!  

During this 80 minute session, Kathleen will work with you on your individual needs and taylor a workout specifically for you.
Whether you need emotional support, physical support, meditation instruction or assistance transcending a life trauma, Kathleen will give you her undivided attention. Kathleen is an LSCSW and fully certified Stott Pilates Instructor.
Using all modalities private lessons offer the best of all possible worlds.
Working with your physician and other health care professionals is included in a package of 10 lessons.
​You may purchase a, 'double session - 2.5 hours' by using 2 of your 10 pre-paid sessions.                                                       


 ​Pilates is for Everyone. We offer a variety of classes for every level and style. Don't know what you like yet? Come visit a few classes by arrangement with instructor.
